HowTalentMBA Works
Signing up for the TalentMBA service is super simple and absolutely free.
- Student completes a Pre-Registration Form to enter our database.
- Student completes a full Student Profile to be eligible for internship openings.
- Upon completion of the Student Profile, TalentMBA staff will include student in all future engagement orders received from clients.
- When student credentials are submitted to an employer for consideration, they will be notified.
- Our clients choose three candidates for final interviews and decide which one gets an internship offer.
- Employers never search our database and do not have access to student information unless we provide it to them.
TalentMBA strives to partner with trusted service providers that support MBA career services and professional development.
We also include participation in respected MBA career fairs as hosted by ROMBA and the National Black MBA Association.
