Founder:Pedro Gonzalez
Pedro Gonzalez, the founder of Talent MBA, boasts a distinguished career as a talent professional with Siemens Advanta Consulting where he recruited MBAs from Wharton, MIT Sloan, Kellogg, Columbia Business School, and Ross School of Business. He also worked for GlobalFoundries as a staffing manager responsible for hiring some of the country’s top engineers in the semiconductor industry.
As a career advisor to MBA students at noteworthy institutions like Drexel University, University of South Carolina, and University of Tennessee-Knoxville, he has directly mentored 500+ MBAs. Through his discussions with both students and employers over the years, he recognized a critical need for a funnel that delivers vetted and qualified MBA candidates to the underserved small business market. He founded TalentMBA to enable this talent pipeline, leveraging his market knowledge, industry resources, and professional experience to methodically unite groups of like-minded, high-potential innovators who can mutually benefit from working together.
Through decades of brokering business development with top corporations and delivering on best-in-class career services, Pedro generated a passion for talent management and aspired to bring together high-potential businesses and students to achieve symbiotic goals. This initiative to serve the interests of parallel markets is manifest in the creation of TalentMBA.
